Scholar's Institute of Technology & Management will provide every student a prolonged training to achieve a high success rate in Campus Placement. It will be mandatory for every student to take the training for imparting Value-Education. The training will be imparted by Senior Professionals from industries & organizations.

Training Modules:

• Module I: Communication Skill Development
• Module II: Training in Aptitude Development
• Module III: GD & PI with Mock Test Sessions
• Module IV: Industry Compatible Advance Training

To make the students industry-ready, the institute has tied up with Pegasus India to train them in the above 4 modules. The training will be conducted for six months (during the 7th semester) for every final year batch, after which they will be ready to face any challenge.
