Awareness about the G20 Presidency of India

 It is a matter of pride to all of us as a responsible citizen of India that our country holds the presidency of the prestigious G20. The group of G20 is the premier forum for international economic cooperation. It also plays an important role in shaping and strengthening global architecture and governance on all major international economic issues. The theme of India’s G20 presidency is “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” or One Earth One Family One Future closely ties with LiFE (Life style for Environment) with a focus on sustainable and environment friendly life styles, harmony within the human family and honest conversations about climate change and global security.

Education is a priority area for India’s G20 presidency, with a focus on foundational literacy and numeracy, lifelong learning inclusive and collaborative technology enables learning and strengthening research and innovation through collaboration. It is deemed to be the duty of every Indian to feel the spirit of the theme and make it feel within themselves and enact accordingly by spreading the message in all possible manner.
