CELEBRATION OF 77TH INDEPENDENCE DAY 2023 AT SITM CAMPUS

India's Independence Day, celebrated on August 15th, is a momentous occasion that marks the nation's freedom from British colonial rule in 1947. At SITM this day holds special significance as it provides an opportunity for the college community to come together and honor the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and celebrate the country's progress.

The celebration began with the traditional flag hoisting ceremony at the Campus. The national flag was unfurled by The Director , amidst a sense of pride and patriotism. The attendees sang the national anthem, creating a solemn and patriotic atmosphere.

Students presented a series of cultural performances showcasing India's rich cultural diversity. , Students and faculty members presented a chorus celebrating the feeling for Motherland. These performances not only entertained the audience 
but also instilled a sense of national pride
