SUGAM BHARAT ABHIYAN SITM, (Accessible India Campaign),

Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) launched Accessible India Campaign (Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan) as a nationwide Campaign for achieving universal accessibility for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) on December 3, 2015.

An accessible physical environment benefits everyone, not just persons with disabilities. Measures should be undertaken to eliminate obstacles and barriers to indoor and outdoor facilities, and medical facilities in the Institutions. Further, these include all public spaces such as roads, footpaths, parks, and gardens.

We at SITM are committed to supporting Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in every way possible

We provide infrastructural facilities such as toilets, ramps, wheelchairs, etc for proper access to all our facilities
